Key provisions in the stimulus
A centerpiece of the stimulus package is that it will provide direct financial assistance to Americans in the form of checks with the amount received based on income.
Individuals who earn $75,000 in adjusted gross income or less would get direct payments of $1,200 each, with married couples earning up to $150,000 receiving $2,400 -- and an additional $500 per each child.
The payment would scale down by income, phasing out entirely at $99,000 for singles and $198,000 for couples without children.
In addition, the bill would provide billions of dollars in aid to hard-hit hospitals struggling to deal with the outbreak as well for state and local governments that are cash-strapped due to their response to coronavirus.
One point of contention in negotiations centered around a fund for distressed industries, with Democrats worrying that there would not be adequate oversight. In a compromise move, the final deal provides for accountability through an independent Inspector General and congressional oversight panel.

[ANT] New comment on President Donald Trump signs historic $2 trillion ....
Erin Burnett has left a new comment on your post "President Donald Trump signs historic $2 trillion ...":
Hard-fought negotiations led to a massive aid package
The stimulus package came together after intense and drawn-out negotiations between congressional Republicans and Democrats and the Trump administration that spanned multiple days and involved ongoing talks that stretched late into the night.
Democrats initially took issue with the package, which was crafted by Senate Republicans at the outset, arguing that it put corporations ahead of workers. Partisan tension over the legislation came to a head when Senate Democrats blocked two procedural votes to move ahead with the package, on Sunday and again on Monday, a setback to the bipartisan efforts to find a consensus deal.
A deal was ultimately announced mid-week, however, paving the way for the Senate to take up and pass the measure.

[ANT] New comment on President Donald Trump signs historic $2 trillion ....
Erin Burnett has left a new comment on your post "President Donald Trump signs historic $2 trillion ...":
Lawmakers return to DC
Many members were scrambling to book flights and return to Washington on Thursday night amid concerns that they could be asked to vote in person on the stimulus, according to multiple sources familiar with the matter.
Two House members have already tested positive for Covid-19, while more than three dozen others have self-quarantined after experiencing flu-like symptoms, interactions with infected individuals or potential exposure.
Rep. Pete King, a New York Republican, tweeted on Friday morning: "Heading to Washington to vote on pandemic legislation. Because of one Member of Congress refusing to allow emergency action entire Congress must be called back to vote in House. Risk of infection and risk of legislation being delayed. Disgraceful. Irresponsible."
Rep. Dusty Johnson, a South Dakota Republican, tweeted a picture on a plane with Reps. Pete Stauber, a Minnesota Republican, and Minnesota Democratic Reps. Angie Craig and Betty McCollum. "A bipartisan (and socially distanced) flight to DC this morning to vote on Coronavirus economic relief," Johnson wrote.
Democratic Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez of New York told CNN on Wednesday that she might force a recorded vote, but the congresswoman ultimately did not, despite her criticism of the bill.
"But I think this bill has a lot of problems with it. And I'm extraordinary concerned about what Mitch McConnell has done," she said ahead of the vote. "I've had more constituents call concerned about this bill than in support of it. It's a very hard day. It's a very, very hard day for this body."
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy both made clear on Thursday that they want the $2 trillion stimulus bill to be approved by their chamber Friday by voice vote.
On a conference call with Democratic members on Thursday, Pelosi said that if they are unable to pass the bill by voice vote, they will have a roll call vote Friday, according to three sources on the call.
Pelosi on Thursday predicted that the House will approve the stimulus package with a "strong bipartisan vote," adding that "if somebody has a different point of view, they can put it in the record."
McCarthy said at a news conference on Thursday that the House would operate differently than it usually does in order to promote social distancing.
He said the members won't sit next each other, they'll alter where the members stand, and staff will be cleaning as members come and go. He also said that members will have to enter one designated door and leave out the other.
"We have members on both sides of the aisle who have the virus. We have members who are quarantined. We have members who have challenges with airlines, getting their flights canceled. We will have enough to get this through, but the floor will look different," McCarthy said, explaining the modifications that will be made.
House officials detailed steps to limit member interactions in a notice to all House offices Thursday.
In the notice, obtained by CNN, the House Sergeant-at-Arms and the Capitol physician's office outlined new procedures ahead of the vote, explaining that access around the House chamber and on the floor will be limited. To that end, the House is closing the Speaker's Lobby, an area right off the House floor where reporters stake out and interview lawmakers and members frequently congregate.

[ANT] New comment on President Donald Trump signs historic $2 trillion ....
Erin Burnett has left a new comment on your post "President Donald Trump signs historic $2 trillion ...":
Massie's threat
House leaders faced pressure to pass the legislation as quickly as possible and minimize the risks to their members in the process -- and the bill had been expected to be taken up by voice vote, a move that would allow for quick passage and was designed to permit House members not to return to Washington for a full roll call vote.
But Massie announced Friday that he would request a full roll-call vote.
"I came here to make sure our Republic doesn't deny by unanimous consent in an empty chamber and I request a recorded vote," Massie said on the House floor in an attempt to force the full vote.
A quorum of the House — 216 members — was needed to block Massie's attempt.
Massie made a point of order that a quorum was not present, but it was determined that a quorum was in fact present and the motion was adopted.
Members who made it to DC for the debate attempted to maintain social distancing, with some staying on the House floor while others sat in the upstairs gallery above the chamber, where the public usually sits.
Trump sharply criticized the congressman on Friday, saying in a pair of tweets that he "just wants the publicity" and should be thrown out of the Republican party.
"Looks like a third rate Grandstander named @RepThomasMassie, a Congressman from, unfortunately, a truly GREAT State, Kentucky, wants to vote against the new Save Our Workers Bill in Congress. He just wants the publicity. He can't stop it, only delay, which is both dangerous & costly," Trump tweeted.
"Workers & small businesses need money now in order to survive. Virus wasn't their fault. It is "HELL" dealing with the Dems, had to give up some stupid things in order to get the "big picture" done. 90% GREAT! WIN BACK HOUSE, but throw Massie out of Republican Party!," the President said.
The congressman told a local radio station Thursday that he's "having a really hard time" with the bill, and didn't seem too concerned about lawmakers' difficulties in getting back to Washington.
"If congressmen are complaining that it's hard to travel, well, what about the truckers that I saw on the road when I drove to DC? Hitch a ride with the trucker. ... If you're a congressman making $87 an hour and find it hard to get to DC, well, hitch a ride with the trucker," Massie said on 55KRC talk radio.

NY ATC Center, LGA tower will be closed overnight for sanitization
The New York Air Route Traffic Control Center and New York's LaGuardia Control Tower will now be closed overnight for sanitization, according to the Federal Aviation Administration.
During this time other air traffic facilities will provide needed key services and some flights will be rerouted around the airspace, but the FAA expects a minimal impact on traffic since the volume during these hours is low.
Flights were briefly suspended at New York City and Philadelphia airports Saturday afternoon when an air traffic controller trainee at New York Air Route Traffic Control Center in Ronkonkoma, New York, tested positive for coronavirus.

Turkey imposes partial curfew and bans picnics and barbecues as cases have doubled each day in the past week
Turkey's President Recep Tayyip Erdogan early on Sunday did his best to reassure his people about the nation's efforts to control the coronavirus pandemic, saying Turkey is doing its duty to protect citizens. "I hope we will get over these difficult times together. Just follow the rules and guidance and also continue staying at homes," Erdogan posted on Twitter while reiterating that those older than 65 and anyone with a chronic disease should not go outside.
Turkey imposed a partial curfew on Saturday for senior citizens and those with chronic diseases, but stopped short of a blanket curfew. Earlier on Saturday, Turkey suspended flights from 46 additional countries and banned picnics and barbecues, as the number of cases has roughly doubled every day for the past week.
Turkey now has 947 confirmed cases of the virus, with 21 deaths.

Russia's military is sending medical aid to Italy
Russia's military is sending medical aid to Italy to help in its fight against the coronavirus epidemic, including disinfection vehicles and military virologists.
Russia's defense ministry in a statement announced military transport planes will be delivering eight mobile brigades of military medics, special disinfection vehicles and other medical equipment to Italy, starting from Sunday.
It followed a phone conversation between president Vladimir Putin and Italy's prime minister Giuseppe Conte, during which Putin offered help.
The move obviously highlights the EU's relative failure so far to aid Italy in the epidemic and follows China sending a plane-load of medics to help. The authoritarian governments see this as a diplomatic and PR opportunity. Italy was already one of the friendliest countries to Russia in the EU and this obviously won't go unremembered.

Gimenez chastised organizers and partygoers for violating the city's orders that limit crowds to 10 or fewer.
"We are in a state of emergency, and I cannot stress enough the need for personal responsibility," he said in a statement.
Only fishing boats will be able to use the docks and sail into the waters under the new order, which will be enforced by police boats, Gimenez said.

During an appearance on ABC's "This Week," New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy stressed that his state and others in the northeast region needed more assistance from the federal government to fight the pandemic.
Murphy told co-anchor Martha Raddatz that New Jersey, New York, Connecticut and Pennsylvania needed $100 billion direct cash assistance to fight against the pandemic. Specifically, he said the states needed more personal protective equipment, or PPE.
"We are in desperate for more PPE," Murphy said. "We've had a big ask into the strategic stockpile on the White House -- they've given us a fraction of our ask."

Cuomo calls on New York City to open streets to public
Gov. Andrew Cuomo called on New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio and other leaders to come up with a plan to reduce density in parks, after he saw large gatherings in the green spaces over the weekend.
Cuomo called the crowds at the parks "reckless," "arrogant" and "selfish" because of the greater risk and said the city needed to take immediate action. He gave the mayor and City Council Speaker Corey Johnson 24 hours to come up with a plan and suggested they consider closing some streets to vehicular traffic and open it up to pedestrians.
"Get creative. Open up the streets" he said at a news conference.
Cuomo later said he had the power to make that move, however he didn't know the full situation about the density of the parks and would defer the planning to local leaders.
De Blasio's office did not have an immediate comment about the governor's call to action. Johnson tweeted that he supported closing down streets.
"We must #StopTheSpread. The @NYCCouncil will do all we can to make this happen," he tweeted.
Cuomo said there were 15,168 positive coronavirus cases in the state, with more than 9,000 within New York City. The governor announced said there are plans to open up spaces to treat patients, including the Jacob Javits Center in Manhattan, and the state would be undergoing trials for a malaria drug that could treat the disease.

Emirates reverses decision to suspend flights
Emirates reversed a plan made earlier Sunday that would have suspended all of its flights this week.
The airline initially said Sunday morning that it would suspend all commercial flights on March 25, and only operate its cargo ships due to coronavirus concerns. Later in the day, Emirates tweeted it received several requests from world leaders who said they needed flights to repatriate its citizens, and the airline changed its course, allowing some flights to continue.
"We will operate passenger flights to UK, Switzerland, Hong Kong, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines, Japan, Singapore, Australia, South Africa, South Korea, USA & Canada," Emirates tweeted.
The airline apologized to passengers for the inconvenience and said it will monitor the situation closely.

Sen. Rand Paul reveals he contracted coronavirus
Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., announced on Twitter that he contracted COVID-19.
The senator said he is asymptomatic and was tested out of an abundance of caution due to his travel history, according to the tweet.
"He was not aware of any direct contact with any infected person," the tweet said.
Paul's office said it has been operating remotely for the last 10 days and "virtually no staff has had contact" with the senator. He will be in quarantine, according to his staff.
Paul is the first U.S. senator to have contracted the virus. Two House of Representatives members, Rep. Mario Diaz-Balart, R-Fla., and Rep. Ben McAdam, D-Ut., tested positive for the disease last week.

Angela Merkel goes into quarantine as precaution
German Chancellor Angela Merkel has gone into self-quarantine after she was exposed to the virus, according to her office.
The chancellor learned that a doctor who administered a precautionary pneumonia vaccine on Friday afternoon tested positive for COVID-19, her office said.
"In the next days she will be regularly tested in the coming days, as a test now would not yet be fully conclusive. From her quarantine at home, the Chancellor will continue to attend to her official business," a spokeswoman said in a statement.
Shortly before she learned about the exposure, Merkel issued an order earlier in the day that barred social gatherings of more than two people with the exemptions of families and people living in the same household. The order will be in effect for two weeks.

NYPD to crack down on mass gatherings in parks
New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio and New York Police Commissioner Dermot Shea announced they will be cracking down on large gatherings that linger in city parks, to prevent COVID-19 exposure.
The order comes after reports of people interacting too closely in parks over the weekend, despite a shelter-in-place order by the mayor. Cops will be in cars, bikes and other vehicles with a speaker, alerting parkgoers not to linger, and if crowds get too big, the officers will break them up, according to de Blasio and Shea.
The mayor said they will run this policy for a week, and reassess their procedures.
"If we feel people aren't following the rules ... we will consider shutting [parks] down," he warned.
As of Sunday morning, New York City had 9,654 confirmed coronavirus cases, de Blasio said.
Earlier in the day, Gov. Andrew Cuomo asked the mayor to come up with a plan to reduce the density in parks and suggested that the city close certain streets to vehicular traffic and allow pedestrians.
De Blasio said he is mulling over closing the streets and will codify their plans in the next 24 hours, but warned that such a plan would require a gradual phase-in and strict police enforcement.
"If you put barriers at the end of a block and everyone comes out like it's normal, we can't have that," the mayor said.

Following the announcement this afternoon by Sen. Rand Paul that he had contracted the coronavirus, there are now five U.S. senators under self-quarantine.
Sen. Mitt Romney said that he had quarantined himself after having contact with Sen. Paul.
"Since Senator Romney sat next to Senator Paul for extended periods in recent days and consistent with CDC guidance, the attending physician has ordered him to immediately self-quarantine and not to vote on the Senate floor," a Romney spokesperson said in a statement. "He has no symptoms but will be tested. He urges members to pass a relief package as quickly as possible that provides assistance for families, workers, and small businesses."
Sen. Mike Lee is also under quarantine after coming in contact with Sen. Paul.
Sens. Rick Scott and Cory Gardner were already under self-quarantine after coming into contact with diplomatic delegations whose members had tested positive.

Trump to deploy National Guard in NY, California, Washington
The National Guard will be deployed to assist in the fight against the coronavirus in the hard-hit states of New York, California and Washington, President Donald Trump announced.
The move, announced at Sunday evening's briefing of the White House Coronavirus Task Force, will include delivery of medical supplies and the establishment of medical stations in those states.
"The federal government will be funding 100% of the cost to deploy National Guard units to carry out approved missions to stop the virus while those governors remain in command," Trump said. "I spoke with all three of the governors today, just a little while ago, they're very happy with what we're doing."
In addition, Trump said, "I directed FEMA to supply the following: Four large medical stations with 1,000 beds for New York, eight large federal medical stations with 2,000 beds for California. and three large federal medical stations and four small federal medical stations with 1,000 beds for the state of Washington."
Pete Gaynor of the Federal Emergency Management Agency said that medical supplies, including personal protective equipment, will be arriving in the affected states within 42 hours.
Also at the briefing, officials urged that testing be prioritized toward the neediest cases.
"We want people that have been checked into a hospital, that are being treated for what they expect to be coronavirus, to receive those tests more quickly.," said Vice President Mike Pence.
Members of the task force said that 254,000 Americans have been tested for COVID-19, with 30,000 of those -- 11.8% -- testing positive.
According to commercial testing labs, the U.S. should be caught up on the backlog in testing by midweek, officials said.

Goldberg continued: "Our friend Elisabeth lives there and I wanted to make sure she and her family were OK, and they are alright. Lissie, we'll see you next week when you're a guest co-host."

Elisabeth Hasselbeck is coming back to The View as a guest co-host. The conservative voice will be sharing the "Hot Topics" table with the rest of the ladies for one day. Meghan McCain is happy to see her return as she is a fan of her work on the daytime talk show. However, if you ask fans on social media, the reactions are not positive at all.
Fans react to Elisabeth Hasselbeck's comeback
Ahead of Hasselbeck's return to The View as a guest co-host, the show teased her comeback on Twitter.
"Tomorrow: Our friend [Hasselbeck] is joining us back at the 'Hot Topics' table as guest co-host," the verified account posted.
The reaction from fans of the daytime talk show was unexpected and there were a lot of negative comments about Hasselbeck.
"Seriously? Meghan and Elisabeth? Why the torment? What did we do wrong to deserve this?" a fan questioned.
"Can't stand her. Won't be watching. She was one of the reasons I stopped watching years ago," a viewer added.
"Thanks for the warning. Good day to find something else to watch," a Twitter user commented.
"I have to watch Meghan. Why in the world would I want to add Hasselbeck to that nightmare?" another fan pondered.
"Boo! Was so excited when she was fired. If they bring her back permanently I will never watch the show again," another viewer wrote.
"No thanks. Hard pass. Self-isolation for me," another Twitter user said.

The Bloomberg campaign confirmed to Fox News Wednesday that of the more than $500 million spent on ads during the campaign, more than $275 million went directly toward ads aimed at the Republican president.
The multibillionaire business and media mogul declared his candidacy in late November. He ended his White House bid last week, after a dismal showing in the 14 states from coast to coast that held Democratic presidential nomination contests on Super Tuesday. The next round of showdowns
The upcoming primary calendar appears to only make matters worse for Sanders as his window for nomination continues to shut.
The large states of Florida, Illinois, Ohio and Arizona all hold primaries next Tuesday, followed a week later by Georgia. Sanders lost all five of these states in the 2016 Democratic race to eventual nominee Clinton.
The latest public opinion polls in Florida and Arizona -- conducted after Super Tuesday but before this week's impressive wins by Biden -- indicated the former vice president holding large double digit leads over Sanders.
At last count, Sanders had slipped roughly 150 delegates behind Biden, and it's extremely challenging for the senator to make up such ground in the upcoming contests.

Democracy 2020 Digest: Bernie sets terms for possible future exit, even as he stays put
Sen. Bernie Sanders vowed on Wednesday to stay in the Democratic presidential nomination race, emphasizing that "on Sunday I very much look forward to the debate in Arizona with my friend Joe Biden."
The populist senator from Vermont – who spoke the day after he was pummeled by the former vice president in Michigan, Missouri, Mississippi and Idaho and fell further behind Biden in the crucial race for Democratic convention delegates -- then pledged to press the former vice president and nomination front-runner at this weekend's primetime showdown with a series of progressive policy questions.
But if you read between the lines of Sanders short 10-minute address, it seemed like he was setting the terms for his likely upcoming exit from the race by laying down markers for Biden to accept – such as embracing the self-described democratic socialist's progressive agenda and a commitment to the younger voters who've fueled both of Sanders presidential campaigns.
"Bernie Sanders is clearly laying down a marker for Joe Biden that he is going to press him on to provide answers," veteran Democratic strategist Zac Petkanas noted.
Petkanas, who served as the Hillary Clinton campaign's director of rapid response in the 2016 race, emphasized, "The question that is still up in the air is whether Sanders is proving a road map for Biden or is he going to use those issues as a hammer to weaken Biden. I think we're going to get an answer to that at the debate on Sunday."
Sanders -- whose chances of winning the nomination are quickly evaporating -- acknowledged he's losing the electability argument to Biden but declared that he's won the "ideological debate." And he touted the appeal of his progressive message and took aim at the former vice president for not resonating with younger voters.
Then the senator – in what appeared to be a progressive litmus test -- shared some of the questions he plans confront his rival with on the stage.
Petkanas – who's unaffiliated in the 2020 Democratic primaries but admits he leans toward Biden -- said that if Sanders "uses those questions that he's raised to promote progressive ideas and hang a lantern on the urgency of issues like climate change and income inequality and health care, that's a really positive way for Sanders to use the last remaining days of his candidacy."

And he touted the appeal of his progressive message and took aim at the former vice president for not resonating with younger voters.

10. Should we throw away masks after each use? If we are wearing the masks to protect us from getting coronavirus when going outside should we throw them out after each use before going back inside?
The CDC advises AGAINST healthy people wearing masks. People who have symptoms can wear a mask as an extra barrier to protect others from their sneezes/coughs. Surgical masks are intended for single use only. -- @DrAngelaBaldwin

9. Can you speak to responses for a small, rural congregation, far from large cities, who are scared and curious how best to respond to this virus?
Engage in normal precautions like you regularly do during the flu season. Wash hands frequently for at least 20 seconds. Get the flu vaccine. If you feel ill, stay home, self-isolate and call your doctor or local health department. -- @DrAngelaBaldwin

8. Should you temporarily avoid places like hot yoga, gym locker rooms and saunas since germs can easily hang around those wet places?
Great Q. Daily exercise is associated with a strong immune system! Take some extra precautions like wiping down machines before and after use. Try to go on off hours. The sauna is a closed space where germs can travel easily so consider skipping that. -- @DrMelGraber

If possible, ask a family member or a friend to watch your pets for those 2 weeks. If you can't, walk them right outside with minimal exposure to other people. Wash your hands before & after touching them. If your pets get sick, call their veterinarian. -- @DrDelaTaghipour

[ANT] New comment on Washington state Gov. Jay Inslee on Trump coronavi....
Erin Burnett has left a new comment on your post "Washington state Gov. Jay Inslee on Trump coronavi...":
Gov.

[ANT] New comment on Washington state Gov. Jay Inslee on Trump coronavi....
Erin Burnett has left a new comment on your post "Washington state Gov. Jay Inslee on Trump coronavi...":
(Emerald City) Comic Con is uitgesteld. We hebben een aantal schoolafsluitingen. "

Virginia
Many of the same factors that buoyed Biden in South Carolina also catapulted him to success in Virginia, including personal popularity, a focus on electability and his strength among the black electorate. More Virginia Democratic primary voters had favorable views of Biden – 73% – than any other candidate in the race (Warren had 51% favorability, Sanders 47%). Further, 57% saw Biden as the candidate best suited to beat Trump in November.
Biden also benefited from a strong showing among the 49% who made their voting decision in the last few days, following late endorsements by former Gov. Terry McAuliffe and U.S. Sen. Tim Kaine.
Sanders garnered broad support among the state's youngest voters, winning 57% of the under-30 vote. He was also successful among voters who want to see the country take a more liberal turn rather than resume Obama administration policies – but they accounted for fewer than three in 10 voters in the state.

Vermont
Sanders' support in his home state was deep and broad. He dominated among his core groups, earning 68% of those 18-29 and "very" liberals alike, as well as nearly six in 10 independents. But Sanders also edged over Biden 39-28% among moderates and conservatives in the state. In a further demonstration of his home-state advantage, 46% of Vermont voters saw Sanders as the candidate best able to defeat Trump, the most in states with exit polls Tuesday.
Vermont stood in its support for a government-run single-payer health care system, backed by a broad 73%. About six in 10 in this group voted for Sanders, crowding out support for Warren, the other remaining candidate who'd campaigned for a single-payer system. (Warren and Biden won just 14% in this group alike.) On the flip side, Biden won 42% of voters who oppose a single-payer system.

Texas
Texas voters divided 35-31, Biden-Sanders, over which candidate was best poised to beat Trump, a sign of the closeness of the race in the state.
Hispanics accounted for 31% of the electorate, the largest share of Hispanics in any state, and Sanders won 45% of this group. Blacks accounted for an additional 21%, and Biden won this group with 60% support. Voters also were sharply divided over which candidate best understands the concerns of racial and ethnic minorities, 33-32%, Biden-Sanders, with a majority of blacks (60%) choosing Biden and 43% of Hispanics picking Sanders.
A record number of "very" liberal voters turned out – 24%, up from 20% in 2016 – and Sanders overwhelmingly won this group, with 52% support. But a majority of moderates – also 24% of the electorate – backed Biden, 53%. Sanders benefited from broad support among younger voters, winning 65% among those under 30 and 48% of those 30-44. Still, as in other states, Biden drew broad support among older voters.
Biden also may have benefited from late-breaking endorsements. Twenty-two percent say they made their vote choice in the last few days, up from 15% in 2016. These recent deciders broke 49% for Biden, following endorsements in the state by Klobuchar, Buttigieg and former Texas Rep. Beto O'Rourke. Sanders led with 36% support among those who decided earlier.

Tennessee
As in other southern states, Biden was bolstered by blacks in Tennessee as well as a focus on electability. Forty-one percent of voters said Biden stood the best chance of defeating Trump in November, compared with 23% who said the same of Sanders. And it was a key concern; 60% preferred a candidate who could beat Trump over one who agreed with them on major issues.
About a quarter of voters were blacks; 53% of them chose Biden.
Biden also ran ahead of Sanders with the 48% who desired a return to Obama's policies. By contrast, Sanders led by more than 4-1 among the third of Tennessee voters who favored a more liberal turn. While Sanders prevailed over Biden by a narrow margin among independent voters (32-28), he was in a dead heat with Biden among liberals, each with 32%.
